A graduate from a recognized Civil Engineering Technology program. Knowledge of municipal Civil Engineering practice is a plus. Site inspection experience is an asset. Surveying knowledge is an asset. Experience with drafting, AutoCAD, and GIS is an asset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills with exceptional time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Skilled in negotiation and problem-solving within the scope/authority level of the position. Excellent oral and written communication skills. ASET membership or eligibility for membership.
