Overview Job Title: Territory Manager Transportation We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Territory Manager Transportation to support the Grande Prairie market. This role is responsible for the direct sales and rental of new and used heavy-duty transportation trucks and trailers across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate brings strong industry knowledge, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to identify market opportunities, including upcoming auctions and potential consignment equipment. This position requires regular travel throughout the Grande Prairie region to meet with customers and develop new business. What you will be doing Prospect and cold call new accounts on a regular basis to build and expand the customer base Actively participate in all sales opportunities and close competitive deals Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers to resolve issues and foster long-term loyalty Maintain detailed account profiles and ensure customer contact information is current Forecast equipment needs and identify prospective units for purchase, resale, or consignment Maintain accurate and complete sales documentation including call reports, quotes, specifications, sales orders, and expense reports Travel consistently within the Grande Prairie territory to meet clients and support business growth What you must have Minimum 5 years of sales experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Strong understanding of heavy-duty transportation trucks, trailers, and related industry trends Positive, professional attitude with the ability to manage both internal and external challenges Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset Ability to work independently, manage priorities under pressure, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Valid Class 5 drivers license required (Class 1 considered an asset) Must be able to obtain or currently hold a valid passport and be eligible for international travel Other Information What We Offer Competitive compensation structure Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding organization Supportive team environment with strong operational backing If you are a driven sales professional who enjoys working in the field, building relationships, and identifying new opportunities within the transportation industry, we encourage you to apply.
