Your New Employer Ravelin Properties REIT is an internally managed global owner and operator of premier commercial real estate across Canada, Ireland, and the United States. The REIT owns approximately 6.5 million square feet of diversified assets, with a primary focus on office properties alongside industrial, retail, residential, and data centre assets. The organization is entering an exciting new phase focused on strengthening operational infrastructure, enhancing financial reporting, and positioning the platform for long-term growth. Your New Role Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Finance will lead the REITs financial reporting and accounting function while helping to strengthen and develop the finance team. The role will oversee consolidated financial reporting under IFRS, budgeting and forecasting, audit and compliance activities, and the continued enhancement of financial controls and reporting processes. Working closely with senior leadership, the Director of Finance will also play a key role in improving systems, supporting strategic decision-making, and building a high-performing accounting team. What Sets You Apart The successful candidate will bring a strong technical accounting background combined with leadership experience and a proactive approach to improving financial processes. A CPA designation is required, as is solid public accounting experience (ideally from a Big Four accounting firm ). Candidates must have hands-on experience preparing or auditing financial statements in compliance with IFRS. You will demonstrate a minimum 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3-5 years in commercial real estate (REIT experience and office assets preferred). Advanced Excel and modelling skills required and ideally Yardi experience. Why Join?
