The Foundations Services team at Recharge builds and operates many core systems & services that power our platform. Were responsible for our eventdriven implementations, integrations with partners such as Shopify, and the webhooks that connect Recharge to the broader ecosystem. Each week our system handles more than a billion events. You bring strong technical skills, curiosity, and a practical mindset to your work. You thrive in distributed systems, enjoy problemsolving across the stack, and care about delivering value through iterative progress and teamwork. Youll be a great fit if you: Have 5+ years of backend experience with technologies such as Python , GCP (Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub) , MySQL , and Redis , and are comfortable in distributed, eventdriven, and cloudnative environments. Communicate clearly across remote channels and contribute thoughtfully to discussions, planning, and reviews. Approach challenges with initiative and accountability, balancing pragmatism with technical depth. Compensation Recharges compensation offerings are grounded in a payforperformance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. Salary ranges are designed to be competitive and aligned with countryspecific practices, while individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. The compensation listed is not inclusive of any equity and benefits that might exist in your total compensation package.
