Your Responsibilities Youll lead production and distribution operations across regional sites, ensuring efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. In this role, youll drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to strengthen processes and optimize manufacturing workflows. Youll partner with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges and improve operational performance. Youll lead projects from planning and analysis through implementation and reporting to achieve targeted outcomes. Youll support and develop a high-performing team by fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability. Skills and Qualifications 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, industrial engineering, or process improvement environments Post-secondary education in engineering, science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience Experience with lean manufacturing, process optimization, or continuous improvement methodologies Exposure to manufacturing environments that follow GMP or structured quality systems Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders, and support team development Experience with budgeting, planning, or operational performance management is an asset Why Partner with Altis If youve never worked with a staffing agency before, we make it easy.
