Location: Kelowna, BC Are you a seasoned Site Superintendent who thrives on bringing large-scale residential projects to life? A rapidly growing developer-builder with multiple projects across British Columbia is looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to take the lead on a major high-rise multi-family project in Kelowna . If youre someone who enjoys running a wellorganized site, coordinating trades, and delivering quality buildings on schedule, this could be an excellent opportunity to join a company with a strong pipeline of projects. As the Site Superintendent , you will be responsible for leading the daytoday construction activities on site and ensuring the project runs safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and supervising all site personnel and trade partners Coordinating trade scheduling, site logistics, and workflow priorities Interpreting drawings and specifications and resolving construction issues Working closely with the Project Manager to maintain project schedule, budget, and quality targets Monitoring project progress and maintaining daily site reports and photo documentation Managing deliveries, materials, and site logistics Coordinating inspections and working toward occupancy milestones Running consultant, trade, and site coordination meetings Managing deficiencies and ensuring timely completion Maintaining strong communication with neighbours and project stakeholders Ensuring compliance with health & safety policies, site inspections, and toolbox talks This role requires someone who can lead from the front , keep trades aligned, and maintain momentum from start to completion. Qualifications: Experience in construction with a focus on multifamily concrete highrise projects Experience as a Site Superintendent on projects with 100+ residential units Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings Experience coordinating multiple trades on complex projects Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Procore and MS Project is an asset Strong leadership, communication, and problemsolving abilities Ability to stay organized and perform well in a fastpaced, highpressure environment Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle Level 1 Occupational First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Why consider this opportunity?
