Job Title: Brand Manager, Performance Brands Location: Oakville ON- Hybrid (3 days in office) Employment type: FT Reports to: Senior Director, Performance Brands Compensation: $90K+ (CDN) Position Summary The Brand Manager, Performance Brands is responsible for driving brand demand, masterbrand storytelling, and global campaign activation across North America and International markets. This role partners closely with the Senior Director, Performance Brands to translate long-term brand strategy into impactful, scalable marketing initiatives that build awareness, engagement, and commercial momentum. The Brand Manager acts as a key marketing leader for MuscleTech, ensuring innovation platforms, masterbrand campaigns, and core product initiatives are activated consistently and effectively across global markets moving beyond localized adaptation to true campaign extension and awareness growth. Responsibilities Lead development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across North America and International markets Drive demand generation initiatives to increase brand awareness, engagement, and trial globally Translate innovation platforms and masterbrand initiatives into clear, scalable storytelling and campaign assets Develop global marketing toolkits and activation frameworks for regional markets and distributors Partner with Digital, Social, Influencer, and Media teams to build brand heat and cultural relevance Support innovation launches by developing strong positioning, messaging, and launch activation plans Partner with regional stakeholders to localize campaigns while maintaining brand consistency and equity Track campaign performance and awareness metrics across markets to identify opportunities for optimization Support pricing, promotional, and commercial strategies in partnership with Sales and Finance Manage agency partners and external vendors supporting campaign development and execution Assist in budget planning, ongoing management of brand P&L and ensure compliance with approved marketing investments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution of brand initiatives Qualifications Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 58 years of brand or marketing experience within CPG, nutrition, or performance-driven categories Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns Strong storytelling, copywriting, and presentation skills Analytical mindset with experience reviewing campaign performance and marketing effectiveness Experience working across multiple markets or global brand environments preferred Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, matrixed organizations A strong understanding of the diet and sports nutrition markets Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite What We Offer World class gym, and external basketball court Competitive compensation package Employee Assistance Program Company RRSP Matching Paid vacation & 5 personal days Employee Engagement Events Product & Swag from our industry leading brands Professional career development Opportunities for Global career exposure without the need to relocate!
