Cladding Division Manager About Bothwell-Accurate Bothwell-Accurate Co. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Cladding Division Manager to lead our Western Canada cladding operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced industry leader who understands the intricacies of metal and composite cladding systems, thrives in complex project environments, and knows how to lead teams that deliver exceptional results. What Youll Do Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Cladding Division, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Lead, guide, and support project managers, estimators, site supervisors, and field teams to deliver exceptional results across commercial and residential projects Oversee all phases of project execution, from tendering and estimating to installation, completion, and client handover Drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and strengthening Bothwells position in the Western Canadian cladding market Work closely with Operations and Estimating teams to plan labour, allocate resources effectively, and resolve scheduling or site issues Develop and maintain strong client and vendor relationships, serving as the senior point of contact for key accounts Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure safety compliance, and verify workmanship standards Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance across the division to ensure profitability and long-term sustainability Partner with the Health and Safety Manager to maintain COR certification standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Lead regular team and project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure accountability Mentor and develop staff to support professional growth, collaboration, and a culture of excellence What You Bring to the Team 7-10+ years of progressive experience in cladding or building envelope systems, ideally with commercial and residential exposure Minimum 3 years of solid estimating experience, with a strong understanding of budgets, cost control, and profitability Strong product knowledge across systems such as metal, composite, and faade systems Proven leadership experience managing teams and full project lifecycles within the cladding or building envelope sector Strong financial and business acumen, with a track record of delivering profitable projects and efficient operations Solid understanding of construction drawings, contracts, and scopes of work Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead teams, build trust with clients, and collaborate across departments COR Internal Auditor certification or equivalent safety credential is an asset Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to sites across the Lower Mainland Role Snapshot Location: Surrey Office 3435 194 St, Surrey, BC Type: Full-Time, Onsite Hours of Work: M-F, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Salary: $135,000-$150,000 (based on experience) Reports To: Senior Vice President Western Region Vacancy Reason: ExistingVacancy Number of Positions: 1 Why Join Bothwell-Accurate?
