Senior Legal Counsel Department: Legal Employment Type: Full Time Location: British Columbia, Canada Compensation: The base annual salary range for this fulltime role is $161,900 to $222,600 CAD. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary across all Canadian locations. Actual compensation may vary outside of this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to a candidate''''s qualifications including relevant education and training, competencies, experience, geographic location, and business needs. Base pay is only one part of the total compensation package. Full time roles are eligible for equity and benefits. Base pay is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Description We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join Photonics legal team and play a key role in shaping the commercialization of our worldleading quantum technology. This position offers the opportunity to provide strategic legal guidance across product development, gotomarket initiatives, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and curious, with the ability to quickly master complex legal issues and translate them into clear, practical advice for nonlegal stakeholders. You combine strong academic foundations with practical advice, sound business judgment while delivering actionable guidance that enables teams to move forward with confidence.
