A leading private equity real estate investment firm is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team in Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly reputable investment platform involved in large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across North America. Compensation: $95,000 $105,000 base salary + benefits The Opportunity Reporting to the VP of Finance , the Senior Financial Analyst will support corporate finance and accounting functions, including the month-end close process, audit coordination, financial reporting development, and corporate budgeting and forecasting . The role offers strong exposure to real estate investment and development finance in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with monthly financial close and preparation of management reporting packages Act as a key contact for third-party property managers , including review of reporting and coordination of funding requests and construction draws Review work prepared by the General Accountant , including journal entries and reconciliations Support the year-end audit process and maintain audit schedules and working papers Assist with variance analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting Support project distributions and corporate financial analysis Partner with internal teams, auditors, and tax consultants Contribute to process improvements and special projects Qualifications CPA (recently qualified) Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Strong Excel and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Real estate experience is an asset but not required We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only selected candidates will be contacted for an interview. #J-18808-Ljbffr
