The Opportunity: Were looking for two (2) interns to join our Digital Banking team for a 4month opportunity. The Digital Banking team delivers and supports Vancitys digital servicing platform across retail, SMB, and commercial members. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Application Technology. A typical day would involve: Documenting digital platform workflows to strengthen L2 troubleshooting Reviewing and triaging incident tickets, identify root causes, and reduce repeat issues Building dashboards to track ticket volume, themes, trends, and resolution timelines Analyzing support data to identify automation and process improvement opportunities Partnering with L2, Product, and Engineering teams to improve documentation and ticket flow You are: CustomerCentric You define and measure success through the eyes of your internal customers and anticipate, understand, and respond to their evolving needs. Curious & innovative You always do your research and analyze it to assess and recommend a course of action considering industry best practices You have: Current enrollment or recent graduation from an undergraduate program within an applicable field and eligible for coop/internship opportunities An interest in mobile and web banking, process optimization, incident management, data analytics, automation, member experience. A willingness to work in a highly flexible environment with multiple competing priorities. Bonus points, if you have: Experience with ticketing systems (ADO, ServiceNow, Jira) Dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau) Process mapping tools Exposure to automation or workflow tools What Youll Earn: This role offers a pay range of $27.85/hr.
