No after-hours expectation. Compensation: Starting at $175,000 with flexibility, plus annual bonus, comprehensive benefits, and employer-matched pension (Manulife, 5%) after one year. This is a rare opportunity to be the first CFO of a respected, four-generation family business, with the autonomy to shape the function and a family that genuinely wants you to succeed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
