In this exciting role, you are responsible for developing, leading, supervising and evaluating a wide variety of recreation services, programs and events for all participants. Creativity and marketing skills are essential as you promote interest and participation in program activities. Strong leadership and supervisory skills are essential as you help select, empower, train, mentor and evaluate a team of recreation staff.
