We are currently looking for a Rental Consultant to join our rentals team at Driving Force Fleet Solutions in our Whitehorse l location. What Moves You: - You genuinely care about helping others and providing the highest level of customer service. - You handle multiple priorities with composure and clarity. - Youre ultraorganized and always on time because you know its important to clients. What Youll Do: - Warmly greets customers and handles phone calls, emails, and queries with professionalism and efficiency. - Provide exceptional service throughout the rental process, from managing reservations, generating quotes for shortterm rentals, to finalizing rental agreements, processing payments, and completing necessary paperwork. - Maintain consistent communication with customers, ensuring they are wellinformed about rental terms and conditions before requesting signatures on all relevant documents. - Conduct thorough walkaround inspections with customers, obtaining their authorization via signature. - Perform daily checks on the drop box, processing rental returns, evaluating vehicles condition upon return, and offering recommendations for necessary maintenance if repairs are deemed necessary. - Ensure vehicle availability and prepare rental units for delivery, including driving, cleaning, and fueling vehicles as needed. What You Bring: - 1 years retail customer service experience is preferred. - Experience in the automotive or rental industry is an asset. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong computer skills and you know your way around Microsoft Office. - You are highly organized, detailoriented, and adept at multitasking. - Clear preemployment security clearance. - Ability to prioritize and multitask with keen attention to detail. - Abstract acceptable to The Driving Force Group of Companies Driver and Vehicle Safety Program.
