We are restructuring our commercial engine to unify Sales, Marketing, CRM discipline, Events, and the Early Student Experience under one accountable leader. We are not hiring a traditional Marketing Director. We are not hiring an Events Coordinator. We are hiring a Commercial Integrator a systems-driven operator who thrives on clarity, accountability, and predictable outcomes. Your mission: bring structure to the entire Lead Enrollment Arrival Early Student Journey pipeline and eliminate all grey zones in commercial ownership. Your Core MissionsCommercial System Ownership Define and enforce sales stages and SLAs Lead the weekly commercial scorecard Improve funnel conversion rates Increase forecast accuracy Reduce days-in-stage delays CRM & Funnel Governance Ensure every opportunity has a documented next action Standardize pipeline discipline across teams Implement automation where beneficial Improve visibility between departments Sales Integration Partner with the Sales Lead to improve consistency Identify bottlenecks and remove friction Ensure follow-up cadence compliance Marketing Alignment Align messaging with real sales objections Ensure campaigns support conversion goals Oversee event architecture & conversion flow Integrate persona-driven nurturing Track event ROI and improve accuracy Enrollment Arrival Experience Create structured pre-arrival communication and checkpoints Assign clear accountability within student experience teams Reduce deposit no-show risk Implement early student satisfaction surveys Strategic Event Oversight Design events as measurable funnel stages Define event objectives tied to lead & revenue metrics Ensure CRM capture and tracking compliance Set on-site sales processes and post-event follow-up Oversee logistics via coordinator/volunteers
