About the Role - Your main responsibilities will include:Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform immediate repairs and preventive maintenance;Overhaul and install new equipment as needed;Rebuild and fabricate parts;Weld components as required;Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams;Perform facility maintenance and ensure a clean, safe work environment;Submit parts requests to maintain adequate inventory levels;Create and complete work orders as assigned;Conduct equipment changeovers and production line setups.About You - The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:3+ years of mechanical/electrical/pneumatical/hydraulic experience preferred;Licensed Millwright or Electrician preferred;Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferred;Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment;Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude;Basic computer skills;Ability to follow manufacturers specifications and schematics.
