Solicitor Real Estate / Wills & Estates / Corporate Location: Brampton, Ontario (Steeles Ave & Highway 410) About The Firm is a full-service law firm providing legal services across family law, litigation, corporate law, real estate, and wills & estates. The firm is focused on strategic growth and building a strong team of lawyers who are interested in developing their practices within a collaborative environment. The Opportunity The Firm is seeking a Solicitor with experience in real estate, wills & estates, corporate law, or a combination of these practice areas. The role offers an opportunity to build a strong solicitor-side practice while benefiting from the firms supportive environment and flexible compensation structure. Qualifications Demonstrated book of business capable of generating approximately $300K+ in annual collections. 5+ years of solicitor-side experience in real estate, wills & estates, corporate law, or a combination. Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Ability to manage files independently. Existing client base or strong professional network preferred. Strong organizational, drafting, and client service skills. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary depending on experience. Highly attractive bonus structure based on collections (40% of collections over collection target). Opportunity to earn significantly above traditional salary structures through revenue sharing.
