The successful candidate will support students in a number of schools. The successful applicants will be responsible to the Student Support Services Superintendent and will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide speech and language services to students in Sun West Schools. Areas of responsibilities include: Assessment of students' speech, language and communication skills. Development of appropriate programs to assist students in acquiring communication skills. Providing support for student support and classroom teachers, parents, and educational assistants in program delivery. Provision of limited direct service to individuals, small groups, or whole classrooms as deemed appropriate. Working with a team of Speech & Language Pathologists in providing in-service opportunities and professional development for staff. Qualifications The successful applicant will possess a Master's Degree in Speech & Language Pathology and be eligible for membership in the College of Speech-Language Pathologists & Audiologists of Saskatchewan.
