We have partnered with a well-established consumer products organization that has been designing and distributing high-quality home and lifestyle products across Canada and the U.S. for decades. Due to growth, they are adding a newly created Bilingual Inside Sales Representative role to their Milton-based team. This is a sales-hunter-meets-consultative position, ideal for someone who understands manufacturing and consumer packaged goods and knows how to sell into retail environments. Youll manage the full sales cycle while acting as a trusted partner to retailers nationwide. The role is hybrid, requiring one day per week in the Milton office, with the remainder remote. Benefits Competitive base salary of $55,000$65,000, depending on experience Bonus/commission structure tied to both new and existing business Hybrid work model (Milton-based office) Opportunity to work with established, recognized consumer brands Exposure to retailers across Canada Collaborative and supportive sales environment Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing new business across Canada Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail partners using a consultative, solution-based approach Identify growth opportunities within assigned territories and existing accounts Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of retail customers Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with retailers Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service and Sales Coordination teams to ensure seamless order execution Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and sales activity within the CRM Support administrative sales tasks including SKU setup, order entry, and follow-ups as required Requirements Bilingual in French and English (required) 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, or home lifestyle products Proven experience selling to small-to-medium retailers Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills Comfortable negotiating terms and managing follow-ups 12+ years of CRM experience Highly organized with strong time-management and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
