(Must have own transportationno bus service available) What Youll Be Doing: Driving sales through customer engagement, interacting with customers, asking the right questions, and recommending the best trees, shrubs and landscaping solutions for their needs. Creating an unforgettable shopping experience by providing expert product knowledge, offer advice on plant care, and ensure customers leave feeling confident about their purchases. Unloading and organizing products from supplier trucks Loading bagged product into customer vehicles Creating invoices for deliveries and installations, payments taken later by cashiers only Assisting around the building and yard with various duties including light maintenance and service, helping customers to their vehicles with heavy or bulky products, and maintaining curb appeal of the store Maintaining plants, including watering and pruning trees and shrubs as needed Troubleshooting and fixing problems as they arise, especially when working with the team or with customers Design and maintain attractive displays to showcase products and drive sales. What Were Looking For: Passion for sales and customer service. Drivers license or ability to commute to Headingley, MB Knowledge of plants and gardening (or a willingness to learn), previous plant knowledge is considered an asset, but training is provided.
