Our valued client is looking to add a skilled Production Manager to their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day to day plant activities with a focus on efficient production processes, and management of the production team. Responsibilities Manage and evaluate entire production process Contribute to production planning and budgeting Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain a safe production environment Drive continuous improvement Participate in capital planning and asset utilization Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders Qualifications 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments Degree in manufacturing engineering or similar discipline Proven leadership experience with production teams and supervisors Strong understanding of production scheduling, labour planning, and material flow Experience supporting safety programs in regulated or industrial settings Exposure to continuous improvement, Lean, or operational excellence Trade, technical, or engineering background considered an asset The right candidate also has the following qualities: Is comfortable being on the production floor regularly Understands how materials, labour, equipment, and people interact Is motivated to progress in their career!
