At the core of our success is our talented team''''s unwavering dedication and commitment to excellence. Our Finance team is currently seeking an experienced Blue Box Reporting Analyst . This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reporting under multiple provisional boards. This role supports compliance with provincial recycling and packaging stewardship requirements, working closely with internal departments, suppliers and regulatory bodies. Key Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Data Collection & Analysis gather, validate and analyze packaging and material data from internal systems and suppliers. Regulatory Reporting prepare and submit Blue Box compliance reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Material Classification identify and classify packaging materials according to regulatory definitions (e.g. paper, plastics, class, metals, non-recyclable). Process Improvement recommend and implement improvements to data tracking, reporting processes, and compliance workflows. Communications liaise with suppliers, vendors and internal departments to ensure accurate data submission and regulatory understanding. Qualifications: Post secondary education in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business or related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years of accounting and financial analysis. Data collection and analysis skills gathering and validating recycling program data. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data management tools. Knowledge of Provincial Regulations and extended producer responsibility (EPR) programs is an asset. Excellent attention to detail and organization skills. Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines. Ability to commit to 6 months full time. Remuneration: Estimated salary range: $65,000 to $75,000 annually.
