Dollarama in Edmonton, AB is hiring an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to support daily store operations and lead a team of store associates. Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all daily store operations and ensuring performance targets are met Supervise and motivate store associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment Manage inventory including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting stock counts Ensure merchandising standards are maintained throughout the store at all times Support staff scheduling and help manage labour effectively to meet store needs Uphold health and safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Handle customer inquiries and resolve any in-store issues in a professional manner Step into the Store Manager role when required Requirements Previous retail supervisory or management experience preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication skills for leading a team and interacting with customers Availability and flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends Problem-solving ability and a calm, professional approach under pressure Basic computer literacy for administrative and scheduling tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr
