You understand async patterns, can debug complex systems, and write code that other engineers enjoy working with. AI/ML fluency - You''''ve worked with LLMs beyond just API calls. Ideally you understand prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or have built AI-powered features. Bonus if you''''ve thought about how AI search engines consume and cite content. Full-stack instincts - You''''re comfortable moving between frontend, backend, and infrastructure. You don''''t need permission to fix something that''''s broken.
