What you''''ll do: Run the full operation of the Fremont Village swim school as your own business Build and lead a team of 40-50 part-time instructors, supervisors, and an assistant manager Be on deck during programming - observing lessons, coaching instructors, engaging with families Drive enrollment growth through customer experience, community connection, and word of mouth Manage scheduling, utilization, reporting, and facility maintenance Uphold Pedalheads'''' proprietary teaching methodology and program quality standards Who you are: Proven leader of a team of 20+, ideally with part-time or seasonal staff Experience running end-to-end operations including scheduling, logistics, and reporting Comfortable coaching on the floor with a steady, fair style that builds trust Strong on customer engagement and service recovery A background in swimming or aquatics is an advantage Ownership mindset - you see this as your business, not just a job Based in the Tri-Cities, Fraser Valley, or nearby - commuting from Vancouver is not realistic for this schedule Details: Full-time, includes evenings and weekends during program cycles Compensation: $70,000 - $95,000 depending on experience Health and dental benefits after probationary period Paid vacation and statutory holidays Growth opportunities within Pedalheads This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who gets energy from kids, families, and building something.
