Understand better who we are by visiting www.systracanada.com. Context Systra is hiring for a Configuration Lead, reporting to Systems Engineering Manager for a Rail Project in Ontario. Missions/Main Duties Establish and manage the configuration management framework for Integration & Assurance; define baselines for requirements, designs and key configuration items; administer change control boards, including recording, assessing and tracking changes; ensure configuration status accounting is maintained and transparent; coordinate with CDE, design and requirements teams to keep configuration data aligned and auditable. Profile/Skills University degree in Engineering, Information Management or related discipline; 8+ years experience in configuration management on complex engineering projects (preferably rail / transit); Relevant professional designation or training in configuration management (e.g., CMII or equivalent); P.Eng considered an asset proven experience setting up and operating configuration control processes, baselines and change management; familiarity with CDEs, requirements and design tools and their interactions; strong documentation and coordination skills.
