The schedule for this role is a Saturday Wednesday 7:00 AM 5:30 PM onsite at our Johnstown Distribution Centre. Responsible for the troubleshooting and application of diagnostic utilities to aid in system troubleshooting. Document and report issues to internal and 3rd party engineering teams and work with them on solutions. 5 years experience troubleshooting and supporting technical systems or software, either remotely from an office or directly on-site in the field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze datasets, identify patterns, and determine potential root causes of issues.2 years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting PLC-based automation systems. 2 years experience using SQL with ability to create and/or modify SQL scripts.Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. experience with TCP/IP based networks, 2 years + of experience with Server and Storage Array hardware and Active Directory 2 years + of experience with writing and developing SOPs in a production environment 2 years + experience building or modifying graphic user displays 2 years + experience in logistics.2 years + experience operating Symbotic adapter cells2 years + experience using Symbotics property software, specifically the control center application.Knowledge of warehouse management systems - Manhattan WMS preferred. **Career Growth**: Giant Tiger is committed to developing our people.
