Assistant Director of Care ( RN) Long-Term Care | Day Shift Winnipeg, MB The Assistant Director of Care (ADOC) plays a key leadership role in supporting high-quality resident care, staff performance, and clinical operations during evening hours. This position works closely with the Director of Care to ensure continuity of care, regulatory compliance, and a strong team culture in a long-term care environment.
