Position Details - Position #: 130590 - Union: HSAS - Facility: La Ronge Health Centre - City/Town: La Ronge - Department: Speech Language Pathology - Type: Full-time regular - FTE: 1 - Shift Information: Days - Hours of Work: 224 hours per 6 weeks - Relief: No - Float: No - Field Hours: No - Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Speech Language Pathologist - Masters Senior $46.774 to $57.195 - Travel Required: Yes - Human Resources Exemption: No Job Description The Regional Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) develops speech language therapy plans for clients, guides and supports them and/or their caregivers in the implementation of these plans, and monitors client progress thereafter. The SLP works with, and provides support, resources, tools and referrals for, clients who have speech language delays or disorders, and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Clients of the SLP are infants, preschool age children, and adults who have a speech language delay or disorder and/or who are suspected of having or have been diagnosed with ASD. Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.
