Jasper Alberta Canada Remote Salary: $70,422.75$103,971.71 per year Job details: Temporary, full-time, fixed term contract Overview We are seeking a Process Analyst / Value Engineer to join our team. This role blends process engineering, advanced analytics, and object-centric process mining (OCPM). The successful candidate will combine business process knowledge with hands-on technical expertise to design and deliver analytics solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities - Partner with stakeholders to understand process challenges and improvement opportunities. - Apply Celonis OCPM methodology to design and develop process insights. - Build analytical products, KPIs, and dashboards that illuminate end-to-end process performance. - Translate process findings into solutions that improve operational outcomes. - Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and business SMEs to deliver integrated solutions. - Present insights and recommendations to leadership and process owners in a clear, actionable manner. Qualifications - 58 years of relevant experience in process analytics, value engineering, or related roles. - Celonis (or other process mining) certification required; OCPM skills strongly preferred. - Strong knowledge of core business processes (Meter to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Work Management, or similar). - Solid technical background in SQL, PQL, and data modeling. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Bachelors degree in business, engineering, analytics, or related field.
