Residential Roofing Project Manager We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Project Manager to oversee our Residential roofing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires a strong ability to manage resources, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure that project goals are met efficiently. Duties Develop project plans that outline the scope, objectives, and deliverables for each project. Coordinate internal resources and thirdparty vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful completion. Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies. Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure all needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize data analysis skills to track project performance and generate reports for stakeholders. Manage program management tasks to align multiple projects with organizational goals. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and WorkSafe BC. Maintain clear documentation of project processes, decisions, and changes. Skills Must be skilled at both Slopped & Flat Roofing techniques and roofing safety rules. Strong risk management capabilities to foresee potential challenges and implement solutions. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience with program management principles to effectively oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent data analysis skills for interpreting project metrics and making informed decisions. Familiarity with Job Nimbus or similar project management software for tracking progress. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently. Knowledge of product management principles to align project outcomes with business objectives. Ability to collect relevant data efficiently for informed decisionmaking throughout the project lifecycle.
