Work where extraordinary happensit''s what we do together that sets us apart! Responsibilities Execute the powersports sales and marketing strategy in alignment with financial and operational goals. Maintain and optimize inventory controls, pricing strategies, and department financial performance. Monitor monthly performance and ensure market share exceeds MMS BRP national averages. Lead your team in delivering a consistent, 5-star client experience across all touchpoints. Strengthen digital and in-store lead management, CRM usage, and follow-up execution. Represent the brand at key industry events and grassroots activities. Provide ongoing coaching, goal setting, and structured performance reviews. Support sales staff in closing deals while maintaining strong margins. Build a long-term staffing and development plan for continued department growth. Ensure your team has the training and tools needed to succeed. Maintain current knowledge of used powersports valuations and share insights. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of sales management experience, ideally in a dealership or similar environment. Powersports or Motorcycle experience is required. Strong financial and analytical skills. Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience an asset). Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities. Ability to drive team performance through effective training, goal setting, and accountability. A passion for the Powersports industry. Benefits Competitive salary.
