Overview Progressive Technology is seeking a professional and customer-focused SaturdaySunday Virtual Receptionist to provide remote front-desk support for small business clients. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, messages, and basic administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and tech-savvy, capable of delivering excellent customer service while working remotely. This position is ideal for individuals looking for flexible weekend work while gaining experience in virtual administration and client support. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries on behalf of small business clients. Provide friendly and professional virtual receptionist services, ensuring a positive first impression. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for clients using online scheduling tools. Respond to emails, chat messages, and customer service requests in a timely manner. Forward important calls and messages to appropriate team members or departments. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries. Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry and message documentation. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive business information. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong customer service orientation and professional phone etiquette. Proficiency with computers, email platforms, and online scheduling tools. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests efficiently. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work. High level of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability. Experience Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or virtual assistant is preferred. Experience working with small business clients or in administrative support roles is an advantage. Working Hours Part-time Weekend Role Saturday and Sunday Typical shift: 68 hours per day (flexible scheduling depending on client needs). Fully remote / work-from-home position.
