As a franchise partner, you will receive comprehensive corporate support across real estate, construction and design, marketing, operations, technology, fitness programming, and ongoing training. We are looking for a Franchise Owner/Operator to lead our Orangetheory Fitness, located in Vancouver. If you are looking to lead all facets of a studio operation including the strategic direction, vision, talent management and operational excellence of an overall studio location, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Job Description The opportunity to operate your own business, with the support of a corporate network The ability to encourage and endorse community activities and involvement Responsibility for the total studio talent management by creating a coaching and development culture that embraces a passion for fitness Lead and create a dynamic studio environment that inspires members, strengthens community, and drives membership growth and retention. Provide direction and leadership for an entire studio location of 15 employees Lead and inspire the studio team to meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) Own the day-to-day business performance and studio operations Train, mentor, and manage team members across sales, marketing, and prospecting initiatives Execute local marketing, social media, and community outreach strategies to drive membership growth Build strong local partnerships and establish a visible community presence Job Requirements Minimum 35 years of experience leading people and teams in a studio or retail environment, with an entrepreneurial, owner-operator mindset and proven ability to operate a business and drive studio performance while achieving financial targets, sales goals, and key performance indicators. Desire and readiness to become an equity partner in the business Full knowledge of fitness or retail operations throughout a total studio Proven track record of business success Strong business and financial acumen Superior leadership and communication skills Adherence to brand standards Passion for health, fitness, and wellness An initial significant investment will be required as a Franchise Owner/Operator. This will be discussed and disclosed to the successful candidate.
