Role Description University First Class Painters is looking for motivated university or college students interested in gaining handson leadership and business experience during the spring and summer months. This role gives students the opportunity to develop skills in leadership, project coordination, customer communication, and team management while overseeing residential painting projects. Many students use this experience to build strong resumes and develop practical business and management skills. What Youll Do Lead and support a small team of painters on residential projects. Coordinate job schedules and assist with project planning. Communicate with customers regarding project details and timelines. Ensure work is completed safely and meets quality standards. Help train and support painting crew members. Monitor project progress and assist with problemsolving. Maintain a professional and positive experience for customers.
