''''JOB DESCRIPTION: Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Deep functional expertise in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud. Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and Oracle Fusion Cloud. Experience with related Oracle modules (OM, AR, RMCS, Install Base). Ability to create functional design documents (FDDs) and test cases. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Understanding of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606) In-depth understanding of core subscription management processes, including: Product Catalogs and Services Pricing and Rating Models Billing and Invoicing Renewals and Cancellations Lead client workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into functional designs for subscription Configure Oracle Subscription Management Cloud, including product catalogs, pricing rules, billing schedules, proration, and discount logic Manage end-to-end subscription lifecycle: creation, amendments, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations Ensure seamless integration with Order Management (OM), Receivables (AR), Revenue Management (RMCS ), and external systems for a unified solution Drive SIT/UAT, troubleshoot issues, provide post-go-live support, and conduct user training Hands-on experience in the conversion of contracts to OSMC Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), advising on subscription best practices, SaaS billing, and revenue recognition (ASC 606/IFRS 15) Generic Managerial Skills, If any Should lead and coordinate with the offshore team.
