Overview The Elite Job is seeking an energetic and engaging Weekend Virtual Event Host Corporate Team Building to lead interactive online experiences for corporate clients. This role hosts and facilitates virtual team-building activities, ensuring participants remain engaged, motivated, and entertained throughout the event. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong presentation skills and a natural ability to energize remote audiences. This position is primarily weekend-based and conducted entirely online, allowing you to work remotely while collaborating with diverse organizations across industries. Key Responsibilities Host and facilitate virtual corporate team-building sessions via video conferencing platforms. Engage participants with interactive games, icebreakers, and team challenges. Manage event flow, ensuring activities run smoothly and on schedule. Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements and event objectives. Encourage participation and create an inclusive, energetic virtual environment. Troubleshoot minor technical issues during live sessions to maintain continuity. Provide feedback and post-event summaries to improve future events. Adapt hosting style to suit different corporate cultures and audience sizes. Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills. Strong presentation and facilitation abilities. Comfortable hosting live sessions for groups ranging from small teams to large audiences. Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. Ability to maintain high energy and audience engagement in a remote environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach. Experience Previous experience as an event host, presenter, trainer, or facilitator is preferred. Experience hosting online webinars, workshops, or virtual events is highly desirable. Background in corporate training, HR engagement programs, entertainment hosting, or public speaking will be an advantage. Freshers with excellent presentation skills and confidence may also be considered. Working Hours Primarily Saturday and Sunday shifts. Flexible scheduling depending on client events. Typical sessions range from 26 hours per day. Fully remote position with occasional preparation sessions during weekdays if required.
