About the Role An established civil contractor in Edmonton is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major asphalt, roadbuilding, and municipal infrastructure projects. Youll oversee multiple paving and civil projects simultaneously, manage client relationships, drive schedule and cost performance, and mentor a highfunctioning team. Key Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of asphalt, paving, and municipal roadwork projects (estimating, planning, execution, closeout). Manage project budgets, schedules, risk, change orders, and subcontractors. Oversee quality, safety, and production targets alongside field teams. Maintain strong client and stakeholder communication throughout project delivery. Review contracts, tender documents, and project specifications to ensure accurate scope alignment. Coach and manage Project Coordinators, Junior PMs, and field supervisors. Drive continuous improvement in project controls, documentation, and reporting. What You Bring Over 10+ years of experience managing heavy civil, asphalt, paving, or roadbuilding projects. Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a highvolume environment. Certifications such as CET, PMP, or Gold Seal considered strong assets. Leadership skills, clear communication, and a solutionsfocused mindset. Why This Opportunity?
