Reporting into the Treasurer, the Manager, Treasury & Financial Modeling will collaborate closely with the Corporate Finance, Shared Services, and Operational teams to maintain and streamline treasury operations and payment activity across legal entities and business divisions to best serve the growing business needs. Overview FINANCIAL MODELING & VALUATION Build and maintain robust Three-Statement Models, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analyses, and shortterm cash flow models. Perform model audits to ensure the integrity and performance of acquisition models. Lead valuation mandates for financial reporting (e.g., goodwill impairment, purchase price allocations). Liaise with external auditors. CASH MANAGEMENT & TREASURY REPORTING Oversee daily monitoring and reporting of cash balances and companywide liquidity positions. Assist with implementing weekly cash flow forecasting and treasury reporting dashboards to enhance liquidity metrics by line of business. Participate in preparing and analyzing monthly cash flow forecast reports for senior management discussions. FINANCIAL REPORTING, PLANNING & OPERATIONAL IMPROVEMENT Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting for senior management, investors, and lenders. Collaborate with the FP&A team on annual budgeting and strategic planning. Lead innovative initiatives to drive operational efficiency. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Bachelors or masters degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or Mathematical Finance. 5+ years of relevant experience in valuations, financial modeling, or corporate finance. CFA, CBV, CPA Designation is an asset. AFM or CFM Designation is highly valued. Strong Excel and Financial modeling skills (preferably Marquee Group, CFI or Training the Street) and general competence with Microsoft Office programs. Expert-level Excel (VBA/macros) and proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. Working knowledge of quantitative tools such as Python, SQL Comfortable learning and developing technical knowledge in Treasury and ERP systems. Comfortable with a rapidly growing and dynamic environment. Outcome-focused, critical thinker with strong ability to anticipate risks and plan/execute early actions to preserve integrity of the treasury operation in the context of rapid growth and business expansion. WHAT WE OFFER Expected Base Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year. The actual base salary will depend on several factors including experience, qualifications, internal equity, work location and market expectations. Annual performance-based bonus.
