Your Role As a Display Assembler , you play a key role in bringing Techo-Bloc products to life for events, boutiques, and showrooms. Working from plans created by our Marketing team, youll build high-quality displays and prepare product samples to create visually impressive presentations of our pavers and hardscape products. This is NOT a production line position every project is different, and attention to detail matters! You will Assemble merchandising displays based on marketing plans and visual instructions Recreate small landscape mockups using pavers, sand, and decorative materials Measure, cut, and prepare paver blocks to exact dimensions Prepare sample boxes and merchandising kits for events and boutiques Retrieve pallets and materials from the yard (forklift experience is an asset training can be provided) Keep tools, displays, and workspaces clean, organized, and ready for upcoming projects Sort, pack, crate, and wrap materials and finished displays for shipment Complete simple daily reports and follow daily task requirements Work Environment This role is active and hands-on. Youll be working in an environment that can be: Dusty (cutting pavers, handling materials) Noisy (cutting, tools, and yard activity) Physical (lifting and moving products regularly) Qualifications This Job Is for You If: You love building and assembling things with tools Youre detail-oriented and enjoy precise, hands-on work You like variety no two displays are the same You want stable hours and a long-term opportunity with a growing company You take pride in creating something customers will actually SEE at events and showrooms What Were Looking For This is a physical role that requires reliability, consistency, and attention to detail You are: Punctual and dependable being on time helps the whole team stay on schedule Comfortable lifting and moving up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly Detail-oriented and committed to doing clean, quality work Comfortable using hand tools and power tools A team player with a strong work ethic and hands-on mindset Forklift experience is an asset (or willingness to be trained) Experience Experience in landscaping, carpentry, construction helper, warehouse/material handling, merchandising or display building, fabrication or assembly work is a plus but not required.
