Overview Optometrist - Full Time (4 or 5 Day Schedules!) - Full-Scope Care - Red Deer / Lacombe, AB Licensed experienced doctors are encouraged to apply! Optometrist owned and optometrist led. You will join a group of ODs that make decisions based on how things impact the OD and patients, not the bottom line. Ownership opportunities are available. Lot of our lenses are manufactured in Canada. This is an exciting position for an optometrist who is looking to practice full-scope and have the opportunity to pursue specialties of interest! Why Youll Love This Opportunity - Exposure: Do what you love the OD will be performing full scope and a little bit of primary care, such as eye exams and retail dispensing. About 90% of pretesting is done for the doctors, allowing time to build relationships with patients and work with the optician and the dispensary team for successful handoffs. - Environment: A lovely location in Red Deer / Lacombe, AB. Our office has a fantastic team including another OD, tech support, front desk, a practice manager, and our opticians. Schedule & Benefits - Work/Life Balance: 3-4 days, or 3-5 days. We are flexible; if you want to see fewer or more patients, we can accommodate. We use smart bookings to group patients by ages and allocate time accordingly. - Competitive pay and benefits: We pay a percentage of revenue generated.
