Drive strategic impact while leading the development, enhancement, and operationalization of key HR programs, including workforce planning, talent management initiatives, and workplace investigat ions. Design and implement high-impact engagement and communication programs that directly embed the organizational culture and enhance the overall employee experience across multiple provinces/jurisdict ions. Consult on and develop competitive compensation plans for new roles and promotions, and expertly guide managers through sensitive processes like progressive discipline and termination, ensuring full compli ance. Support disability claims and consults on return to work/accommodation agreements, as well as support the Workers Compensation and Leave of Absence proce What Youll Bring 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a dedicated HR Business Partner or Advisor ca pacity. Multi-jurisdictional understanding of Canadian employment legislation and privacy laws, with experience supporting employees in multiple provinces (US experience is an asset). Demonstrated excellence in relationship management, conflict resolution, and influence, coupled with a strategic mindset and a willingness to be ha nds-on.
