The Role Support the retail segment of members to achieve their financial goals by understanding each members financial situation, life goals, and risk tolerance. Work with branch and regional teams to identify opportunities and refer them to appropriate business, commercial, investment, or retail representatives to build a full financial relationship. Communicate investment options to members, colleagues, and potential investors, with a belief that long-term benefits of investment markets include potential excess returns over savings or other guaranteed deposits. Maintain ongoing education and licensing requirements of the regulators and self-regulating organizations applicable to the role. Collaborate with internal teams to service members and grow business; participate in promotions and location campaigns to build Libros brand. Adhere to Libro and regulatory policies, procedures, and processes to effectively and accurately serve members; make prudent risk decisions to protect members and Libro. Other duties as assigned. What Were Looking For Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or related field. 1 to 3 years of sales-focused customer service experience. Mutual Funds license. Completion of, or willingness to work toward, a PFP or CFP designation. A passion for helping people grow their financial well-being.
