Job Title

Primary Responsibilities Straighten brazed assemblies according to drawings and work instructions to bring parts within required tolerances Check parts for distortion and determine the best method to straighten them to meet drawing requirements Adjust straightening methods based on part condition and distortion Identify and correct alignment or dimensional issues during straightening operations Operate solution heat treatment furnaces according to established work instructions and production schedules Monitor furnace cycles and record required process information during heat treatment operations Complete furnace and heat treatment documentation in accordance with company procedures and NADCAP requirements Perform heat treatment of brazed assemblies according to established work instructions Carry out assigned production tasks safely and in accordance with company procedures Read and interpret blueprints and follow documented work instructions Maintain proper documentation and traceability for work performed Work independently and as part of a team in a production environment Participate in 5S, TPM and other continuous improvement activities Additional Job Duties Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S practices Perform other related duties as assigned Core Competencies Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Experience using hand tools and shop equipment such as hammers, presses, micrometers, vernier calipers, and other related tools Basic mathematical and communication skills Strong attention to detail Practical problem-solving ability Good hand-eye coordination Physical Demands Repetitive tasks such as assembly and straightening operations Ability to lift and handle items weighing between 1050 lbs Periods of sitting or standing during work activities Environmental Hazards Shop floor environment Potential exposure to chemicals and cleaning agents Slip or trip hazards in manufacturing areas Repetitive motion What we offer Leaders who invest in your success and your development Competitive salaries linked to performance A comprehensive group insurance plan including a health spending account and a very competitive pension plan Support for the payment of contributions to the professional order or relevant certifications & trainings Funding for additional technical, linguistic, and behavioral training relevant to the role and development Free access to a virtual doctor and the employee assistance program (24/7) Generous referral bonuses and advantageous recognition programs A motivating work environment and a human management style where you can make a difference #J-18808-Ljbffr
