We believe that, together, we can achieve more. We are seeking a highly analytical and detailoriented Electrode Equipment Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate a team of electricians to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical systems within a largescale industrial battery manufacturing facility. Assign work orders, prioritize maintenance tasks, and support troubleshooting activities. Support training and development of electricians to strengthen technical capability. Provide technical expertise in industrial electrical systems including motor control, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and automated manufacturing equipment. Ensure electrical work is performed in compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and company standards while supporting production uptime and facility reliability. Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Ensure electrical work orders are executed efficiently and documented in the CMMS system. Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new electrical equipment and systems. Coordinate with engineering, production, and external contractors during project execution. Maintain safe work practices including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures. Support electrical safety programs. Ensure electrical documentation, drawings, and labeling are maintained and updated. Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, energy efficiency, and maintenance practices. Support facility improvement projects and capital initiatives. Participate in root cause investigations and reliability improvement efforts. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Licensed Electrician. 7+ years of industrial electrical experience, preferably in manufacturing or highreliability industrial facilities. Preferred Qualifications: Additional training or certifications in industrial electrical systems, automation, motor controls, or VFD systems are considered an asset. 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. Experience with industrial automation and manufacturing environments is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of: Motor Control Centers (MCCs) Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) PLCcontrolled equipment Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics Electrical drawings and schematics Preventive maintenance practices CMMS systems for maintenance management Thank you for your interest in our company and the opportunity to join our team.
