Work Arrangement : This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to work on-site at least 2 days per week at our office in Mississauga. The remaining days may be worked remotely, subject to team and business needs. Primary Responsibilities The Strategy & Insights Analyst will support and lead several pivotal strategic engagements at McKesson Canada, including, but not limited to: Qualitative and quantitative research Market landscape, trends, and dynamics Consumer preferences, prices, marketing preferences, and distribution patterns Competitive intelligence, strategies, and threats Data-gathering and analysis Measurement of outcomes and effectiveness of programs and strategies Monitoring and forecasting of sales and marketing trends Insight communication and recommendations Clearly articulated reports and presentations Simple and reader-friendly charts, graphs, and visual aids Critical Skills & Attributes Education Bachelors degree in a related field, including but not limited to statistics, business, market research, etc. Experience 1-3 years of prior experience in fields related to market research and data analytics. Required Skills Analytical thinking Detail-oriented approach to qualitative and quantitative research methodologies Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior Ability to gather, clean, analyze and interpret large volumes of data Ability to manage multiple priorities Strong organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Strong communication skills Ability to communicate across written and verbal formats Ability to simplify complex information into a reader-friendly format Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite Intermediate/advanced Excel skills Intermediate PowerPoint skills Basic understanding of databases and statistical packages We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
