Overview Zubas Flett Liberatore Law LLP is growing! We are a boutique labour and employment law firm in Toronto and we are seeking a motivated 3 to 5-year labour and employment lawyer. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience working with clients and opposing counsel, strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to handle files independently, as well as work cooperatively as part of a team. They will also enjoy representing a broad cross-section of both employer and employee clients and working in a fast-paced but fun office. If you are creative, client focused, entrepreneurial and interested in labour, employment and human rights law, then you may be the person we are looking for! Qualifications 3 to 5 years of labour and employment law experience. Demonstrable experience working with clients and opposing counsel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle files independently and work cooperatively as part of a team. Interest in representing a broad cross-section of employer and employee clients. Enjoys a fast-paced but fun office environment and has a creative, client-focused, entrepreneurial mindset; interest in labour, employment and human rights law.
