Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for your team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality. What do you need to succeed? Must-Have Expert-level mastery of the Linux ecosystem and scripting, with solid system-level thinking. 7+ years in software engineering with experience in a technical lead or principal engineer capacity. Hands-on experience building and deploying applications with Python and Elixir. Experience designing and scaling Docker and CI/CD pipelines. Bias for action and ownership in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. Leadership and mentorship skills to coach engineers from diverse backgrounds. Nice-to-Have Skills Background in Oracle systems and migration projects. Elixir experience with BEAM/OTP. Mainframe migration experience (COBOL, DB2, z/OS). GenAI integration experience. Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure. Experience with Modern Data Stack tools (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow).
