Job Summary Were looking for an experienced and motivated Heavy Duty Mechanic / Truck & Coach Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining and repair heavy-duty trucks, trailer and related equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Duties * Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on heavy -duty trucks and trailers. * Perform preventive maintenance and inspections according to safety and company standards. * Conduct engine overhauls, brake repairs, suspension work and transmission service. * Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles and equipment. * Work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced shop environment. * Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards. Skills * Licensed Truck & Coach Technician (310T) or Heavy Duty Mechanic (Journeyperson/Red Seal). * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform assembly tasks. * Ability to lift heavy objects safely. * Understanding of electrical systems as they relate to diesel engines. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
