This is a replacement role ideal for an experienced professional who excels in operations, tenant relations, and financial oversight. The successful candidate will be a solutionsoriented leader who can balance daytoday site needs with longterm portfolio goals, while ensuring a safe, wellmaintained, and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. Key Responsibilities Operations & Site Management Conduct regular site inspections and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement costsaving, revenueenhancing, and workflowstreamlining strategies. Oversee maintenance and repairs within budget, including approved capital projects. Support redevelopment and development initiatives as required. Tenant & Stakeholder Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and owners. Collaborate with Leasing and Asset Management teams on renewals, expiries, and releasing plans. Manage tenant moveins/outs and all leaserelated correspondence. Handle tenant and customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner. Financial & Administrative Management Prepare annual operating budgets and manage expenses within approved limits. Oversee rent collection and issue notices as necessary. Review rent rolls, rental notices, and tenant insurance compliance. Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Prepare monthly operational reports, variance analyses, and AR summaries. Assist in cash flow management and realty tax appeal processes when needed. Contract & Vendor Oversight Tender and manage maintenance and service contracts. Coordinate all landlord and tenant work to ensure compliance with building codes and specifications. Set performance and quality standards for direct reports. Qualifications 2+ years of progressive Property Management experience , preferably in retail . Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. RPA or CPM designation is considered an asset.
